I thought it would be fun to make a chat thread for ice cream. My favs are: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Peppermint, Moose Tracks, Vanilla, and Mint Chocolate Chip. What are your favs?

Yeah, there are some cheese flavored icecreams. But my favorite cheese flavored one is the one with cheese and berry mixed.

That sounds weird. I don't like cheese, but that's me. Actually, does anyone know what The Custard Spot is? I love it and the oreo parfait! Actually, I'm not sure if there are multiple Custard Spots. If not, oh well. I don't live too far away from one.

I love ice cream! Unfortunately, I cannot have dairy so I rarely eat it. I'm trying some dairy alternatives and coconut milk ice cream is my favorite so far.

Mint choc chip is my favorite, although cookie dough, cookies and cream, and vanilla are all good backups :)

You know what's weird? My family can't have lactose except in ice cream.

That's funny! I have a few lactose-intolerant family members, but I'm not intolerant myself.

My favorites are this one really good blackberry-chocolate chip one I had once, caramel, Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia (very specific, but nobody else has this flavor that I know of), cookies & cream, and most sorbets. Have you ever made ice cream from a bag?

Nope. We have made snow icecream before. IT's really yummy! I don't have the recipe, i'm afraid, but you can probably find it online somewhere. I actually heard about a sorbet maker, which I think you just put in fruit and ice and it makes sorbet. Isn't that weird?

I had an astronaut ice cream sandwich once. Astronaut ice cream is freeze-dried ice cream, I think. It was pretty good!

 

 

I've also had nice cream, which is ice cream for people who can't or choose not to have dairy, and is made from bananas. Also good!

 

 

One of my favorite flavors is cookie dough chocolate chip. It's amazing!

I heard the astronaut icecream is awful. Do any of you know what the Custard Spot is? I am having a lot of troule saying stuff, cause the key with the second letter of the alphaet isn't working! All the ones work!

I like a lot of vegan ice cream. Some vegan things taste WAY worse than the non-vegan version, but ice cream is one of the things vegans have definitely perfected. Vegan cherry ice cream is my favorite.
