Got the COVID vaccine!
I just got my first shot!! Has anyone else gotten the vaccine, or is planning on it? It only just got approved for 12-15 year olds (the pfizer one).
My arm is not that sore, but who knows, maybe it will get more sore soon...
It feels good to feel like there might be an end to this whole mask, six-feet-apart and quarantine thing!!!!

Yesterday, I got my second shot. I've been feeling terrible all of today D: I even had to skip online school. It was like I had been run over by a steamroller and--
Wait, this is probably discouraging people from getting it sorry XD honestly it's worth it and I'm already feeling a lot better :)))
Right! In the middle of the afternoon of the day after my second shot I came down chills and felt feverish, but I was still OK to eat supper. I went to bed early after that and woke up feeling fine the next day—actually better than fine, because I felt so relieved to have been vaccinated! After the two-week waiting period, you will feel even more relieved and free!

I just got my second shot! I'm a little nervous because my friend got a fever after her second shot, but hopefully I'll be fine tomorrow. On a happier note, I'm now fully vaccinated!

I got my second shot and the most side effects I got was a headache and I was FREEZING cold that night.
@admins, did you get your vaccine?

I'm worried I have COVID...I'm sick, and I got tested yesterday, and results should come in today. I'll let you guys know.

Alright! So I didn't actually feel too bad! I may or may not have had a fever, given that I had weird dreams which I only get when I'm feverish but who knows. I'm a tad bit tired, a little sore, and cold, but all in all not too bad and it's totally worth it. Hope everyone who can't get theirs can soon! Let's beat Covid! In other news I had to watch a documentary about the Black Death for school and the parallels are scary! Plus they kept talking about "yeah what'll happen if another pandemic occurs??? Ahhhh" and I was just laughing because it's happened! Anyway. Happy vaccination to everyone who has it! Yay!

Haven't gotten the vaccine, not planning on getting it ever. None of my immediate family wants to get it, but a lot of my extended family are getting it or have gotten it. I'm worried for them, the side effects can be quite drastic and a lot of them would be bad for them.

Oh oof, that sounds scary. If it helps you to know, all four of my grandparents have been vaccinated and they're all fine.

Yeah, I don't think you should worry! Apparently if you have had COVID before, the vaccine side effects can be bad, but they usually aren't too bad for kids in general. I only had a very mild headache which might have been from the heat cause it was like 90 that day, and my parents weren't too sick either.
