Hi. This is
Hi. This is my second thread, and it's for cooks and bakers. Feel free to share any recipies, and pics of your cooking creations. Sorry, that was corny. Like extra large movie popcorn with salt and butter corny. SO MUCH CORN!

My bootiful creampuffs that are actully filled with whipped cream.
I don't care if they're messy. It's how they taste that's important! They look yummy, and I'm hungry!

I made this strawberry crumble (not sure exactly what to call it) with my family. It is banana-chocolate ice cream (which is hidden under the strawberries, but it's there), sliced strawberries, cacoa nibs, and crumbled pie crust made from mixed nuts and dates. Looks a bit like oatmeal in the picture, though it tastes nothing like it. It was delicious!

I got the recipe from an online video, but I'll explain it best I can :) @admins I hope this is alright because I didn't write the recipe.
FOR SYRUP:
mix 100ml water and 80g brown sugar together in a sauce pan over medium heat. boil for 5-6 minutes turn off heat, transfer syrup, and set aside.
FOR PEARLS:
put 110ml water, 15g sugar, 3g cocoa powder, and 50g potato starch (can be substituted with cornstarch) in a pot. stir ingredients together until there are no lumps. turn heat on low. shortly after turning on heat, the mixture will start forming into a glob. keep stirring, and when it's like a dough, turn it out onto a cornstarched cutting board. knead the dough with your hands for two mintues. after the two minutes, take small pieces of dough and roll them into balls.
BOIL PEARLS:
boil enough water so that the pearls will be completely submerged in water. when boiling, carefully put the pearl balls in the pot. Cook them for 2-3 minutes. drain the pearls and immediately pour cool water over them.
ASSEMBLY:
pour some syrup in a glass and tilt it so that it gets stuck to the sides of the cup. spoon however many pearls you want in the glass. Fill it with ice, and pour milk over the entire thing.
