Eh. There are lots. Missionaries first of all, maybe throw in a couple libraries and orphanages on the side.

I don't know what charity I would choose, but If I had a million dollars I would give it to Dr. Rebecca Carley and Jane Burgermeister both vaccine researchers.

Um... h'm. Good one. Libraries first, does that count as a charity? In foreign countries and such... and definitely some to Catholic pro-life institutions, etc.

Ehhh, too many choices!!!!!!! AHH! :) I'd probably do something with my church, like the church itself, the mission trips, or YoungLife or something like that. :) Orrrr, I'd give it to the Gray Animal Park, a tiny little place in Gray that takes in wounded/hurt/sick wild animals, like porcupines, moose, or anything. The newer exhibits are good quality, but the fisher, skunk, bobcats, lynxes, racoons, and opossom are all in TERRIBLE cement floor, chain-link fence exhibits. The poor park can't raise enough money to build new exhibits, because admission only costs a few dollars. But, slowly, they're fixing it, like, within the past couple years, they've built new coyote, fox, porcupine, and [animal that I can't remember] exhibits. :)

Good idea. Maybe I'd give some to Animal Ark near here. One of the best animal places I've seen. They take animals that have been captured and can't be re-released, like if someone kept a wild animal for a pet. Or if an animal was used in commercials or movies and its temperment changed so it wasn't safe anymore, they'll take them. Awesome cheetah run program, too. Revolutionary idea to extend the lives of cheetah in captivity.

I'd give it to feed my starving children. They need lots of donations to help feed all those poor little kids that are starving. When you say, "Mom, I'm starving," You have no idea what it feels like for those needy little kids who don't have anything to eat! *cries because is depressed with all this talk about sad things* :(

I would give part to the MS society, part to World Vision, part to my church and part to cancer research. Hmmmm a million dollars doesn't go very far in this time. Just my 1 floor house if worth half a million! And don't think i'm boasting, it isn't a big house!

Oh darn, you guys took all my answers. Missionaries, pro-life organizations, and something else that I just forgot. Argh. Ok, I'll post back if I remember.

I have no idea. I think I would try to do as many things with it as I could.
Habitat For Humanity is good... But I really don't know. I would research it really well if I got the chance, of course.

Does anyone else give Heifer International as a present? It's really a great organization. Helps a lot of people, and for really good prices... I want my mom to do that for a christmas present for me.
