Depending on the shade of red, different shades of blue and green look nice. Pick the right shade of green though, certain shades of green and red look a little too Cristmas-sy! Black also looks good in moderation.

I would say probably since red is a warm color, go for blue, green or purple, so it contrasts with the red, making it REALLY pop out with color. And gold is pretty good too.
Oh, and if you like sparkles, you can find a shirt with sparkles in it, to SUPER-DUPER make your hair stand out, saying "This is ME!"

Hmm...well...if your looking for your hair to stand out, then something dull, like gray. if your looking for you outfit to stand out, then something bright and contrasting, like blue. light blue. dark blue looks terrible with bright red. Course, if it's dark red, then dark blue. but if your neutral, then yellow orange, dark pink, or orange.
