So when does everybuggy start school? What grades are ya'll going into? I start tomorrow (sigh *waves goodbye to summer and freedom*) and am going into eighth grade. And while we're talking about school, what's everybuggy's favorite part about the start of school? For me, it's seeing all my friends again and not having much homework. :)

I started today. I'm in 6th grade, and I changed schools. My favourite part is... English? Science? I'm not sure...

I sympathize, Mary Liz - we had plenty of summer homework at my school too. But September 8th seems so late (to a Floridian like me). What day do you get out?

@ Lena: Happy birthday! :D

@ Allison: We get out on June 19th. Usually we start school around the 3rd or 4th, but this year for some reason it's a bit late. We're all just fine with this, of course. ;)

I started when you did, Allison, and I'm going into tenth and a half grade. :D (We're condensing grades 10, 11, and 12 into two years instead of three.) I'd say I like the scheduledness of school. Summer is great, but it's a little.... floppy. I need structure in my life.

I start tomorrow, I am going into eighth grade. My sister starts September 8th, but we live in MN and we tend do start school late, (all public schools start AFTER Labor Day). Hmmm, my favorite part is seeing friends and learning.(:

Hi, I'm new to the Chatterbox and I'm going into 9th grade! It's cool because I have orchestra first thing every morning :D

Does anyone else play the violin? or in a quartet?

I'm homeschooled, so I don't really start school.  I do school stuff all year.  If I did go to school, I would probably have been in school for two weeks allready.  And I would be in sixth grade, i think.
