So we used to have this vacuum. It was big, loud, and heavy. Dad and I were the only ones who hated it. Also, we rent out our top floors to people, and one of them fixes stuff for us (his name is Scott). Anyway, the vacuum broke. I was about to sing the Hallelujah chorus in joy when, lo and behold, Scott fixed it. I was like, "Why is this happening to me? I'm a good person..."

Oof. That sounds annoying. Our vaccums are a-okay, but one thing that can't stay fixed in my house are the gaps in the windows. They weren't installed correctly. It's always too cold or too hot because of the air leaking in or out. Somedays you can actually feel the breeze.

Condolences. We used to have this huge clonky blue vacuum, and it, like, smelled really weird...? It'd be fine if you just left it there, but if you started actually vacuuming with it it would give off this odd, gross smell. Tar, and dust, and probably something else. Very weird. Vacuums can be very diffucult beasts to tame.

Our old vacuum was huge and so loud, and I have to be honest I was scared of it since when I was little I ran over my foot with it and it ripped it open. My foot, that is, the vacuum was fine. Also it used these fancy customized paper bags to hold all the dirt and dust you vacuumed up, but it was so old that you couldn't buy the bags anywhere anymore. We got a new vacuum recently tho and it's just fine.
I can relate to the situation though, bc we have a PIG in the house, and she is my worst nightmare. :/

We had this once vacuum about five-ish years ago that exploded. Like, it made this weird whirring noise, then there was a bang, and smoke came out of it. Needless to say, we got a new vacuum soon after.
