(If "y'all" is a contraction of you-all, should we make "we'll" a contraction of all-of-us? Because we don't have a way to tell if "we" includes the person you're talking to or not. Hmmmm.)

COLD! Oh my gosh, it has been so cold at my house. I'm actually wearing my first long-sleeved shirt since winter started! (I've been wearing short-sleeved with hoodies when needed.)

Ugh! Pretty boring so far. Oh! Today we went sledding, which was fun but tiring. We just got back. Also isn't we'll already a term for we will? Maybe all o' uzz? No, that doesn't have the same ring to it. Anyway, anyone read any good books lately? I'm kinda bored. Anyone wanna talk?
I'm reading a good one right now: The Chestry Oak by Kate Seredy. I only heard of it from a Cricket reader's Favorite First Sentence (which is scheduled to be published in the April 2020 Cricket). I've already located another book by the same author on the shelf at my local library.

My January has been great. I have finals next week
and I want to ask my crush to dance with me at this dance thing next week 
and I've been doing so much writing lately.... 
So I guess I'm okay. Nervous, daydreamy, but overall contented.

My January... It's freezing. Literally everywhere, its cold. It may just be only me, I'm always freezing cold all the time. I'm currently buried in like... ten blankets. Heavy and fluffy blankets and quilts. Very fun! Besides that, I've been catching up on reading a lot and drinking a lot of tea and hot chocolate, we shall say.

Last week was actually a good week. I quit basketball because it was making my life miserable. It's really cold but that means I can wear fuzzy sweaters. I've been drinking lots of tea too. I'm also trying to get back into writing in my journal and posting more on here.

Oh my goodness, it's cold. Yesterday it dropped down to 12 degrees, which happens alot during the winter where I live, but last week it was in the 40's and it totally caught me off guard.
I went out job shadowing today, and that was pretty fun. It was at the graphic design office for a small advertisement newspaper. (So, a free newspaper that just has ads and the occasional editorial in it. Profit comes purely from ad revenue.) I got to play around on Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, so that was cool.

I literally just finished eating a bagel! It was a bagel sandwich with cheese, and it was super good.
I sometimes look at random people walking down the street and wonder where they're going and why and what they'll do when they get there...
Sometimes I just get bored of that after like one minute.
