Two years...
I don't really know what to say. Thank you all for being here and making this time and space as crazy and weird and terrible and wonderful as it has been. I've grown and changed since I first introduced Nymph on this day two years ago, often in ways I never saw coming. I feel old now. Come, children, gather at my ancient feet and I will answer any question you wish. (Seriously, ask me anything you want. My aged mind may not always give the kind of answer you expect, but I do promise a response.)

Hmm, that's a good one... I guess life? Getting out and living, doing stuff. Especially things like going out to dinner with my family; we'll usually walk to a restaurant in town, and along the way we'll see trees and flowers and buildings and people and the sky. And then there's the place we go, the furniture and decorations, the wait staff, the food. And of course the conversation. We'll be talking pretty much the whole time, and who knows what it'll be about, but odds are it's interesting. I always come home with ideas.

I've really admired you my whole year on the CB, and I've pretty much always looked up to you. You always seemed like the perfect role model. For a while, I was actually scared to talk to you because you seemed so above me. I'm super happy that you've been here for two entire years.

I've felt exactly the same way. It seems incredible that anyone should think that of me, though. I mean, I try, but I never expected to succeed. *grins playfully* Tell me, when did the illusion shatter? Or was it more of a slow fade? (You don't have to answer that if you don't want to. I am both curious and joking.)

Question- um, would you be open to a really bad, uncolored, going to take really long, definitely just a bust and maybe not even shoulders picturing? I get it if you say no, I suck at art. Just wondering.
Okay, here's a real question- why did you name your AEs what you did? Like, when you were thinking about them, did their names just pop into your head for no specific reason? Or did you have to search for their names?

Oh heck yeah, always and forever! I love picturings.
Let's see. Nymph came pretty easily; a nymph is a sort of nature spirit, and there's different kinds--dryads, naiads, nereids--and they can be really beautiful and wondrous, but they're not necessarily nice? And I don't know everything there is to know about them. That kind of mysterious, awesome, supernatural nature-associated entity with no inherent moral alignment really clicked with my idea of Nymph. Human, but better than human and also nature-y.
Sea Glass took longer. Sea Glass was actually a name I was considering using for myself, a CB username separate from my Kyngdom one. I was thinking of creating this whole persona and I'd be reclusive and enigmatic and... well, angsty. But that ended up not happening. So when this sad, scared, storm-tossed voice came along and I decided to make it an AE, I first thought of using a human name, like... I don't know, Leslie? But I kind of wanted something that would go with Nymph, and so I went with something beautiful and frosted and found on the beach. I also wasn't sure if I wanted xyr to be a boy or a girl (at the time, I didn't think nonbinary would be acceptable), and the name Sea Glass could skip over all that.
