Chick Pics!

I know many of us here on the CB have chickens. This is a thread to talk about them, swap stories, and most importantly, post pictures! (Feel free to spam this thread with pictures of you chickens--you know you want to. xD)

I guess that's it. (The idea is pretty self-explanatory.)

Here’s a picture of my bantams when they were little. They’re bigger now, but I don’t have many recent pictures. Maybe I’ll take some later.

Well, I know I was asked before to post pictures of my chicks, but I kept forgetting... I need to go check on that thread actually... Um, anyway, I have four chicks. Their names are Henny, Penny, Camila and Lord Sandwich. No one knows how that last one got her name. Lord Sandwich is the orange one, Camila is the White one, Penny is the brown patterened one with the darkner beak (I don't know if its visible at all in the picture though...) and Henny looks exactly like Penny except with a lighter beak. Yay! Chicks!

They're adorable!!! How are they doing as of late?

Pretty good! They've started to grow flight feathers and flap and zip around their enclosure. Lord Sandwich, Penny, and Henny have all figured out how to climb up and down a little ramp we gave them, though Camila is afraid of heights and wont climb. They're getting louder too!

This is Cassy, an Ameracauna/Copper Maran mix. She's named after Cassy from my ski lodge and is one of my trained chickens. She can fly onto my arm and shoulder, among other things. She's so sweet.

This is Grey, the first chicken I ever tried training. Sadly, he has disappeared under mysterious circumstances. (Probably a fox.)

Intriguing! It's not everyone who can say they train chickens. Yours are adorable!
