My writing teacher has an extra credit contest where you make up a new word.
My word:
Ev, verb
to be something and not be something at the same time;
to exist as both what one is and what one is not; to have conflicting traits
that complement each other; to have a certain trait and also not have that
trait

Ever been lying down sideways in a vehicle and watching everything go by under the lens of a totally different perspective as you look up-out the window instead of sideways-out and see the sky shift with you, the rush of blood into your head with every turn, sending you into a spiral of both placid existential pondering and also horrible motion sickness? Then, even when all the motion stops, the clouds continue on and you realise just how small and insignificant your presence is and you just lie there quietly, disintigrating into the air itself?
