I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

I'm in French and we just spent half in hour trying to find a version of Ratatouille in french and then getting the sound working...

only to find out it's actually in italian o_O

So... moons, right? Like Strawberry moons and Cold moons?

What moon would one be born in?  Like, since it's the first two, if you were born after the Full Wolf Moon would you be born during the Wolf moon phase or the Snow moon phase?  And what about the blue moon?  Does that mess up the whole moon thing?

.....wait, what? *confused* What are those moons? I know NOTHING about that sort of moon-things. I've only heard of blue moons; yet I still have no idea what they are... Um. Yeah?

The Native Americans have a name for every moon. The moon in January is referred to as the "Wolf Moon" for reasons I don't really know, there's also the "Strawberry Moon" which I'm guessing is whatever season is good for picking strawberries. A blue moon is just the phrase for when there are two full moons in one month, it's kind of rare but it's happened before. I'm pretty sure that's right? I don't know, don't rely on me too much XD

Cool! Thanks! :) A blue moon sounds so cool. Now I get the phrase "once in a blue moon"...
So I just looked it up, and the full moon for January: Wolf Moon; February: Snow Moon; March: Worm Moon; April: Pink Moon; May: Flower Moon; June: Strawberry Moon; July: Buck Moon (because this is when male deer start growing back their antlers); August: Sturgeon Moon; September: Full Corn Moon; October: Hunter's Moon; November: Beaver Moon; December: Cold Moon
There are also other names for each moon, but I wasn't really paying attention for that....  :)
So, the full moon for my birthday is a wolf moon, I guess.
