I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

back to the Down to Earth

Sometimes when I'm reading my book my mind is just like, "But where were their masks?!" And it takes me a second to realize "oh duh this is a fantasy that was written before COVID-19 even happened..."

i have homework

i don't want to do my homework

it's due on tuesday

i won't have time to do it on monday

it's sunday

i should really do my homework

i really don't want to

ahhhhhhh

maybe i'll eat breakfast first

(i'm on pacific time dw it's not super abnormally late to be eating breakfast--around 8:30am rn)

i can't wait for winter break

Yesterday was my school's annual fundraising fair and my friends and I bought an entire lemon cake and ate the whole thing in a record time of two minutes. Later, we had to perform in our orchestra, and in between performances, we bought a huge chocalate cake and ate that after the perormance. My friend and I were on sugar high for a long time and we all decided that we never want eat, see, or smell cake again. And I LOVE cake.

I kinda wish it would just SNOW ALREADY! Maybe if I sing? Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! It didn't work.... *Goes of into corner and cries* *in agony* I NEED SNOW TO SURVIIIVE! (I am like a snowman that way lol) Just for the record I am going to regret saying all this in late April/early May. (I usually still have snow then but it is generally all melted by June 21) *continues crying in the corner* I want to to to g go  sledding.... *sob* I want to build a snowman with my sister... *cheers up* Well as long as there is snow by Christmas! *checks weather forecast* *sees that is going to snow on Wednesday* *jumps up and down with glee* (how do you jump down? XD) *Throws snowflake shaped confetti everywhere*  (sorry for the mess guys)

For real! If it's going to be nasty and cold and miserable and windy, at least let it be nast and cold and miserable and windy with snow. There is no point in living by the best sledding hill in existence if you can't sled down it. (And it definitely doesn't work without snow, I've tried. . .too many times, let's just say.) And my mind is still stuck in late October/November, cause it stilll feels like that, only colder. I can't bring myself to listen to christmas music cause I'm still in the mindset of "No Christmas yet, you crazy people, it's still fall!"

But it's December 6th actually. .

Aaa lucky. I don't know if we're supposed to get any snow this year where I live.. *checks weather forecast* well at least not anytime soon. It doesn't predict too far into the future. Last year we got snow on Christmas Eve, which was super cool because I went to the Christmas Eve church service at my church and it was outside because of Covid and it was like in a movie- we were singing silent night and we all had candles, and it was snowing..it was amazing. Sadly, none of it stuck. Other than that we haven't gotten much snow, a few years ago we got about half and inch, and then the year before that we got six and a half (which was AMAZING for us, I live in GA)
