I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

I think plastic is worse, because:
Cut down a tree, and it takes 20, 50, 100 years to grow back. Make plastic, and it takes thousands of years to decompose. Also, plastic is unnatural and toxic, whereas paper waste is...less horrible. We need trees, yes, but if we just plant more we'll be ok. Sustainable forests are good. Responsibly managing our tree supply so we always have enough.

I HATE when teachers do that. Once my teacher told me to sit like a lady and not a crab. Talk about humiliating, and enfuriating, and...*fails to think of more 'atings' and trails off into an awkward silence*

I act like a "young lady" almost never. Young ladies are for the 18th century. This is 2021, if I set the dates on my time travel machine right. Was your teacher encased in amber for a few centuries?
. . . . Just kidding (mostly), but I very much despise the term Young Lady and all that it entails. Give me "Geek Weirdo" or "Teen Rebel" any day.

And "Young ladies" don't even exist. "lady" implies a grown woman. "young" contradicts that.

That's PERFECT for the Monkees TV show, 'cause in Episode 50, "Monsturous Monkee Mash", Mike acts all casual (LIKE HE CAN ACTUALLY ACT CASUAL AFTER FLATTENIN' HIMSELF AGAINST A WALL, but I'll be nice and cut him some slack, 'cause he's CUTE), and then falls down a short flight of stairs, and I thought of that when I read that, @Pancake!
