How are the threads organized? Is it most recently posted thread to least recently posted thread? Most recently replied-to thread to least? Most replies to least replies?

Good question! Typically, the threads are organized loosely on how recently someone commented on it. For example, even if one thread is three years old and another one is a month old, but the three year old one kept getting replies consistently through the years, then it's possible that it will appear before the month old one.
However, if you want to organize threads in a certain section by number of replies, then simply press the word 'replies' at the top of the rely column twice.

Like Admin said, hope you get well soon and hope you don't have to bad symptoms. Someone I knew had covid and they said that eating vitamins helped, so maybe try that?
