Chatterbox: Down to Earth

Hi! I'm new to the chatterbox; I just got my July issue of Cricket and a bunch of the "Letterbox" was about how great this thing is so I thought I'd try it out. Sorry if I'm talking like I'm super old. ;) I'm going into 7th grade and I'm obsessed with reading, writing, running, my 10-moth-old yellow lab, Blue, who my family thinks may be my long-lost twin since we can read each other's minds, and a bunch of other things. When I grow up I want to be a teacher, author, president, dog trainer, and, well, basically everything else. My grandma says I have a lot going for me. I have an annoying little sister, Clara, and a bunch of friends, but my three best ones are Kendra, Ollie (Olivia), and Charlotte. I hope this isn't, like, way too long, but whatever. My parents separated over April vacation, so that's why there's two states listed. Ugh. I write too much, huh? ;) Lol. (I previewed this and it listed the date as December 31, 1969, even though it's July 5, 2018. Weird.)

Welcome to Cricket and to Chatterbox, Elise. We're pleased to meet you. Chatterbox does have a few glitches, including the date one you discovered. CB only began in 2008. Also, a first Reply to a comment may send the thread to a back page, then a second reply bring it back to the front or top. That's why you may see some comments that just say Top.
