Pets? Tell about
Pets? Tell about your pets! Past or present, doesn't matter! I have two dogs. One is called Paul and is my brother's dog. The other is Darby and is mine. Darby is a west highland white terrier. Paul is a Corgy (sp?) terrier mix. I love Darby and Paul, but Darby especially. We also have a cat. He is mine too. His name is Pipkin, and he is white and grayish black, with an extremely long tail. We also have plenty more, but that would give me away on the SI thread. (hint.) Also, I am currently rabbitsitting for my cousins. She is very fat, with long ears and a freckly brown face. And only three months old! (the rabbit, not the cousin!) She is going to be a very big bunny!

I had two cats,Callie and Snowball. Snowball had a tendency of sitting on our suburbans roof. Callie died, and I'm not that sure what happened to Snowball. Then Cleo came to us and had three litters of kittens, but I think all of them in the last litter died. All of her other kittens ran away, except one named Sweetie who was killed by our dogs,Sally and Sam,who we'd had since I was a baby. Sally and Sam are still living. And all this time we'd had Zanzabar and Fluffy, who was Zanzabar's kitten. Fluffy was bigger than her mother. Zanzabar died in the last year, but Fluffy is still living, but is very lonley without her mother. Now we have one cat, named Sweetie, after the kitten my dogs destroyed. We also have a bunch of stray cats and cattle. The number varies.

NO WAY! A fellow corgi owner! Pembroke Welsh Corgi or Cardigan Welsh Corgi, JFB? (FYI, The Cardigans are the ones with the tails and bold outlines. I like Pembroke better.) I may intrest you that the name "Corgi" comes from the Old Welsh, "cor" meaning "dwarf" and "gi" meaning "dog." Literal translation- dwarf-dog.
I have an (adorable) cat named Chipper. He's an American Shorthair tuxedo cat (i.e., white belly, black on top. Very cute. My grandparents found him half-dead in a New York forest.
My brother has a PEMBROKE Welsh corgi, absolutely irresitible. Her name is Gracie, and she is the sweetest, most pathetic dog you've ever seen. We saved her from a situation in which she was neglected. Her left ear is torn in half and she limps, but I am happy to say she is doing much better.

Well, Paul is only half Corgi. The other half is some kind of different mixed terrier. But I think he is a pembroke. He is only about two feet long, with very pudgy little legs. His fur is really long and brown and soft and he has a long nose. His ears stand up, but one flops over at the very tip. He is really cute and small, and he was ADORABLE as a puppy.
