Chatterbox: Down to Earth

I have just

I have just discovered something amazing.

Perplex city.

Perplex city is a worldwide treasure hunt that ran from 2005-2007. It was a sci-fi story that ran into the real world. The basic story is this: (although the plot is so fascinating that you should definitly look it up and read the whole thing.)

In an alternate universe, there is a place named Perplex city. Perplex city values wisdom and knowledge. Every year there is a mind games tournament which is a bigger deal than the super bowl, and philosophers are valued as celebrities.

In the center of this city, there is a building called the Central Puzzle Acadamy; and in this building is an object of inordinate value:

The Plerpex city Lodgestone.

This little cube has some sort of electio-magnetic energy flowing through it, and, although no one knows exactly what its purpose is, it is the most important item in PC.

Then one day, it's stolen.

And sent to earth to be hidden.

These people at Mind Candy made an actual cube and hid it somewhere on earth. Someone followed all the clues and found it two years later.

One mystery, however, is still unsolved.

Participating was free, but you could also buy these collectable cards similar to Pokemon or Magic: the gathering. The difference was that instead of playing a competitive game with the cards, each card was a puzzle.

One of these cards, called "Billion to one", was simply a photograph of a man with japanese words along the side. These words translated to:

Find me.

And no one ever found him. He's still hiding.

Here's what everyone's figured out:

-The picture was taken in Kaysersberg, France.

-Mind Candy has confirmed that his name is Satoshi.

-The creator of the game knows someone who knows Satoshi, but won't say anything else.

This is so cool! Have any of you heard about this? Do you know if there are any other things like this out there? Do any of you know Satoshi???

Wow, that's so cool! Dang, I really wish I could have taken part. Maybe someday Satoshi will be found. I don't know any Satoshis so well... I guess I'm out :T

But I hope someone does. That would be awesome!
