I made a movie trailer with my friends for an assignment once.  It was for the book "Artemis Fowl" by Eoin Colfer, and I played Artemis.  It was really cringe.  At one point we stopped being serious about it and acted out the scenes basically making fun of the book.  There was a lot of Naruto-running and dragging each other by the feet.  I also got to kidnap one of my closest friends, who was playing Holly.

I have basically dedicated myself to making sure Lucy progresses in her art, which is why my name is Sketch Paint.  She called me that because I'm supposed to be kind of like motivation to keep her drawing.  So I like her, and I feel a strong connection.

The filmakers must be VERY CAREFUL or else the movie will be panned by its book fandom. That being said, they can do a good job. Lemony snicket's netflix series is awesome. Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (the old one) is really good. I thought A Wrinkle in Time was pretty good. I mean, they vary from the books slightly, but it's good enough to pass.

2001 a Space Odessey. Judge my taste in movies if you like, but I hate that movie. It was over-hyped for me, and a stayed up later then I was planning on because I had been told it was so good, so when it finished I was tired and disappointed. But all that aside, they had a really good plot going, and then they just threw in a bunch of flashing lights and space babies, it got really confusing, and then it ended. They really could have gone somewhere cool with the plot, but they wasted it.
