Shy Peacock once was so focused on flying her kite at the beach that she ran like 2 miles away from her family. Although I guess it's sort of a one-person activity. *blushes and looks at the kite again* Er, I guess we could think of something. So I'll meet you there? I guess? I mean, if that's what you- er- um, want? Like, if it's okay with you? You said you'd love to go with me, right? *wanders in general direction of the beach with kite*

*waits until Celeste's out of earshot* So... yeah. That was the reason. I think maybe yes on my end, but what about SG? I think Celeste is very nervous-exited about going to the beach alone with the AE she maybe-likes now? And it's OK about the late comment, no worries.

Semi-unrelated (I would have put this under the original thread), but I'm changing a minor detail about Celeste. Instead of liking to sing and writing poetry, she writes her own (still poetic) songs. I love how perfect that is. Not sure why I'm telling you, but I just thought I should post it somewhere, why not here?
