This isn't that crazy, but when I was a little girl, I went on vacation to Mexico, and the condo we stayed in had very thorough cleaning maids. I was running outside to jump into the pool, but the maid had just cleaned our room, and I ran smack into a glass door.
Needless to say, it really hurt XD.
