Hey guys! I'm not really staying for long, but I wanted to check in and say hi.
I'm an old Chatterboxer- I've been here since the beginning of 2012. It's been six years, wow. So I'm an adult now, technically, but I don't feel that way.
Thanks so much for everything, Cricket! You've helped me become a much better writer, reader, and person.
Right now I'm in college studying computer sciences. I also work as a math teacher for all grades from elementary school to calculus. I also spend my freetime making video games, translating (Japanese to English, usually novels or manga), and writing! I'm trying to write a book to publish right now. Fingers crossed!
I recognize a lot of you, but there are also lots of new faces here.
I hope the CB continues to be as fun and wonderful a place as I remember it!
It's good to hear from you, Ruby! We're pleased to hear that you're involved with things you love to do and that Cricket helped you get there.

Jeez, you're doing some crazy cool stuff. Studying computer science? That's amazing, and actually the major I want to get into. Just as a curiosity, why did you choose that?
Being a math teacher sounds cool but a little bit stressful. I wouldn't like to teach little kids, but I bet it's a pretty nice learning experience!
We've had our arguments now and then, but CB is the same old CB!

Hey! I remember you! You were very active on the poetry contest thread for a while.
Welcome back! How have you been? My your life sounds so interesting! It makes me wonder where we'll all end up as adults. I hope people will come back to cricket now and then to inspire others as you just did! :D

Soooo.... hi. I'm Aspen, a sort of new CBette. I've been here since March of 2016, though first I was posting under the name of Hope S, and then Shade.
