Chatterbox: Down to Earth

@Admins, I was about to go on the "please help" thread to ask you if there was a reason why my post hadn't been posted, (if there was something wrong with it or if you just hadn't gotten around to posting it yet) but there's no "Add new comment" button. Have you closed the thread?

We did recently close a thread to further comments, leaving the initial request and the replies to it up to last weekend up for reading only. We decided that the request has been answered and the topic discussed enough on Chatterbox.
