I joined somewhere between October 5th and 7th in 2016. I'm not exactly sure when, which is annoying. And of course, being the mostly non-internetish person that I am, I never made an "I'm New!" thread. *Bangs head against wall*

So, yeah! Hi! I'm Pepper Star. I'm thirteen years old, eighth grade, and I live in New York state, with my parents and mischevious but adorable puppy, Badger. I have three AEs; Tahki, Secret and Cilantro, and a winged cat /winged human shapeshifting captcha named LilyCat, age eight. (I've said she was nine before, but now that I think about it, I wasn't very crazy when I was nine. Eight makes more sense.) I have one ski lodge, which I will write more for soon, I promise.

In my house, because me and my mom have some Chinese ancestry (My grandmother was Chinese) my mom occasionally makes Chinese food, and we celebrate a couple of holidays. Mid Autumn festival was yesterday- MOON CAKES!!! But mostly, we celebrate American holidays.

So, do you guys celebrate any cultures other than American holidays/culture?

Happy CBversary, Pepper Star!!! *throws muffins* *hugs* I never made an intro thread either, heh. I also forgot to make a thread for my 2-year CBversary last month. Oops.

I'm half-Vietnamese, so we celebrate Mid Autumn Festival (I LOVE mooncakes!!) and Tet. I love Vietnamese food. My mom makes good phó, but it's my grandma who's the amazing cook. I'm always very full after she comes to visit.

I am also Jewish. I don't know if Jewish holidays count as "other cultures", but they're not the typical "American" ones, so: Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Chanukah, etc. The Jewish culture has a lot of holidays.

Yayy! CBversary! Wow, it's impressive that you know the vague day that you joined---I don't even know the month. XD (Although that was two years ago...) I never made an introduction thread, either.

@Abi, I LOVE phó. There was a good Vietamese restaurant in Seattle when I went a couple years ago, and we went there for lunch two out of the three days we were there!

Happy CBversary! I don't really celebrate any holidays from other cultures, but I'm always happy when they give me a day off of school. So.
