Shadows CBer/AE Solo Write
"Zeon, please stop being a reckless imbecile and hurry with those dishes," Quill says with a sigh.
Zeon wipes back his mop of green hair, cringing at his sister's words.
"They are slimy though!"
"Live with it."
Quill slams her thick green leather book shut and storms out of the portal in the closet, kicking aside a stray dish.
"I'm sorry," I mutter. "That wasn't supposed to happen."
"Why is Quill like this again?!" Zeon says, stumbling forward with dishes.
The window had been left open as a terrible Time Storm brew, splattering our precious kitchen with slime. The three of us have been cleaning for five hours already, but Time likes to stick around.
"I will... find... destroy..."
My eyes shoot forward to find Quill, hand wrapped around Zeon's mouth.
Her dark blue eyes are wild, a twisted grin on her pale face, feet planted firmly on the floor.
"I... will... do it."
"Do what?" I ask, stepping back. "How did- you were-"
"Haven't you learned yet, Ashlee? I teleport," Quill says, her voice low and dangerous.
Zeon's eyes widen, struggling to free himself, but Quill's grip is too strong. I reach into my back pocket, pulling forth a single heart-shaped tiger's eye stone.
"Not you, Quill. I cannot bear to lose another one," I say, throwing the stone at her feet.
It melts into the floor, swirling up her leg like an endless stream of vines. Her eyes widen, mouth screaming silently. Within seconds, Quill's features calm, allowing Zeon to slip free.
"W-Where am I?"
"Home," I say.
"You tried to choke me!" Zeon shouts, crawling back.
"I did what?" Quill asks, collapsing against the table.
Zeon and I rush forward, picking up Quill. Zeon gives me a nervous glance as we bring her to the living room sofa.
"Will she be alright?"
"Fine. Fine."
"What did you mean by losing another one?" Zeon asks.
I close my eyes tightly, heart clenching at the thought.
"It's coming for me," I whisper. "It will destroy everyone who knows my name."
Zeon kneels beside his twin, hand on her forehead.
"Why?"
... Why else?
"I have its soul."

"It" is coming for all of us. As long as the soul is captive, we are in danger. Every. Single. One. Of. Us. Please, help me keep the CB safe before it's too late. I cannot describe this beast, but he is powerful, deadly, and I captured his soul. Can I let it go? You'll see...

Cool Solo Write, Ashlee! I'm so joining, and bringing my Æ with me.

Name: Doctor Who? (or just The Doctor, either way you want to write it ^^It might be easier to write it that way, because it doesn't have the random puncuation at the end, lol)

Age: The 13th [The 13th Doctor, and she's a Time Lord (Lady?), so...yeah XD]

Appearance: Pixie cut blonde hair with the sides a bit shorter but the top leafier. Fair skin with freckles, a small mouth and nose but bigger turquoise grey eyes with flecks of gold. Wears the same outfit as the 13th Doctor. Average height and slim.

Personality: Funny, sarcastic, intelligent, brave, adventurous, doesn't show a vast variety of emotions, likeable, occasionally loud, occasionally quiet, random at times, observant, good lier.

Best Tool: Well, aside from intelligence, I'm going to go with the sonic screwdriver.

Name: Leafpool (or Leafy)
 
Age: Almost 12
 
Appearance: I have medium length, wavy brown hair that curls up at the ends. It's mostly sleek, and it's medium brown with some red tinge since the red hair dye that I had never quite faded. I wear it loose most of the time. I have a few freckles scattered over my face. I'm pretty short. (Translated: I'm very short.)
 
Personality: I have a varying personality--sometimes I'm sweet, sometime's I'm nasty. It all depends on the day. I love Æ drama, writing, and listening to music--I'm almost always listening to music, if it's available. I'm not always witty when I'm talking to someone but then the aggravating thing is that I know the perfect thing to say to them an hour later, a day later, or a week later. I'd say I'm better at communicating in writing than in speech. 
 
AE, CAPTCHA, or CBer?: Last time I checked, I was a CBer.
 
Best Tool (knowledge, a specific weapon, etc. they already had): I still have karate skills from when I did it years and years ago. Also, I'm short but I'm good at running short distances very quickly. But I'm awful at long-distance running.
 
Crush (if they have one, just makes it easier in dialogue): I have a crush IRL. But not on the CB. So I'm not even sure why I'm saying this.

Age: Ageless. But vaguely teen-aged. 
Appearance: @Ashlee, I'm pretty sure you have a good idea of what Arwen looks like by this point. Long blond hair, blue eyes. Medium height. 
Personality: Arwen is kind, sweet, and caring. She's always ready with comfort if someone needs it. She loves Zeon more than anything else. She's slow to anger but has an awful, awful temper. Especially when she encounters Evil Devin.

Best Tool (knowledge, a specific weapon, etc. they already had): Hm...I don't know. Er....hmm....She has a good ear for music? She can remember a song and sing it if she hears it a couple times....that's not really something that would be helpful in this case...Maybe she just has a good memory, overall? But that's Serene's....sorry for all this, Ashlee....I don't know. Uh...she can whack people with her iPod? Geez, I guess I'll have to give this some more thought.
Crush (if they have one, just makes it easier in dialogue): I think the Arweon ship can't be called a crush any more.

Name: Serene
 
Age: Serene is 13 but--gosh, her birthday's tomorrow! Yeah, um, she's my only Æ that ages. Her birthday is the 16th of September, so I might as well just say that she's 14.
Appearance: She has shoulder-length straight brown hair, and brown eyes. She has a sprinkling of freckles across her nose and wears green glasses. Serene is hardly ever without a scarf wrapped around her neck, and a book clutched in her hand. 
Personality: Serene is extremely introverted and would much rather read than have social time. She has an encyclopedia mind--she reads so much that at times she'll just randomly rattle off completely unrelated facts, or quote a book passage, or use long words that have to be translated for others to understand her. She will pretty much read anything you throw at her, whether it's fiction or fantasy or nonfiction or a math textbook. She doesn't talk a lot, but when she does it's usually something worthwhile...Serene tried romance once and actually had a date to a party, but she decided it's not really her thing.

Age: 13

Appearance: Fluffy brown hair that's about mid-neck length and curls inward at the ends. Almond-shaped eyes and lots of freckles. I wear black Kate Spade glasses with square frames. 5'3". Has a habit of biting fingernails.

Personality: Talkative, likes making people laugh. Knows a lot of funny stories and cool facts. Giant history nerd. Sometimes randomly starts talking in Latin. Freaks out easily. Good at making friends. Can be clingy and obnoxiously corrects people's grammar. Extrovert.

Role: CBer

Best Tool: Intelligence, I guess? I'm great at making plans and quite athletic. I can throw a decent punch too.

Appearance: Mandy has sectoral heterochromia— One eye is fully hazel, and the other is partially colored pale green. She has soft, collarbone-length caramel hair that is usually up in space buns. Her face is constantly adorned with a wide, slanted grin and a sprinkling of cinnamon-sugar freckles. Mandy likes the colors pink and blue, strawberry lip gloss, and swirly skirts.

Personality: Mandy is not quite crazy, and not quite sane either. She is bouncy, cheerful, and loves muffins. Mandy does her best to be friendly but often goes overboard to the point of being off-putting or creepy. However, she is loyal, enthusiastic, and determined. She is extremely naive, somewhat of a crybaby, and is frequently teased by Critic and Hobbes.

Best Tool: Two words— Muffin blaster. She's also an excellent actress.

Appearance: Dark brown eyes, a beakish nose, and square face. He has black hair, long and shaggy, never brushed, covering his eyes. He is tall and lanky, with limbs a little too long for his body. 

Personality: Moody, quiet, and intelligent in the way a politician is— He knows how to get what he wants in the most efficient way possible. He's darkly logical, blunt, and never sugarcoats things. He is easily suspicious and has quite an ego. However, he is also a good friend, pretty silly once his guard is down, and likes puns. A lot.

Role: AE

Best Tool: Agility, quick thinking. Good in a fight.

Age: #AEsAreAgless 

Appearance: Critic has mid-back length, brown-black hair that she usually puts up in two Dutch braids. She has almond-shaped eyes, wears squarish blue glasses, and is practically blind without them. (She's religiously against contact lenses.) She doesn't like makeup and will refuse to wear it. A likes fuzzy boots, glitter gel pens, and gray/black colors.

Personality: Critic is book-smart but not streetwise. Most of her friendships are built upon books rather than actual emotional connections. Because of this, she has difficulty interacting with people and can sometimes be quite lonely, though she'll never admit it. She is very snarky, sarcastic, and a perfectionist.

Best Tool: Extreme knowledge of almost everything.

Age: Let's just say 11. Look in my age box and you'll understand.
Appearance: 5'2", with strawberry-blond curls that reach slightly past the middle of her back. Large, innocent gray-green eyes framed by purple tortoiseshell glasses. Has a slightly tanned complexion with lots of freckles. Has white angel wings. Usually wears jeans, a T shirt, and a navy-blue sweatshirt with an embroidered sailboat on it. 
Personality: Quiet and introverted, but friendly. Can be loud and bubbly once you get to know her. Intelligent. Can be really, really stubborn. Curious, logical. Innocent and naive, sometimes too much so. Honest, fair. Usually a bit of a scaredy-cat, but will stand up for what she believes in. A natural pessimist that tries not to show it. Myers-Briggs type INTJ, if that helps.

Personality: Loud, rambunctious, bold. Headstrong and standoffish. Independent and daring. Very athletic. One of those people who does what she wants because she can. But she can be very kind and compassionate when needed.

Appearance: 5'4". Has the same black curls as her twin sister Anna, but hers are well-kept and usually have a freshly woven garland of flowers on top. Has innocent brown eyes with gold flecks, a dark tan, and a few freckles. Usually wears tunics and leggings. 
Personality: Really, really kind. Compassionate and empathetic. Sweet, optomistic, tends to find the silver lining in everything. Can be bold and independent when she needs to, but prefers not to. Sometimes has trouble standing up for herself, even though she stands up for others quite easily. Too trusting and honest.

Hello, Hi! See, the thing here is, I cannot really tell you. It's part of the story. But from what you can tell by the beginning up above, Quill went crazy (both in her harsh words and actions toward Zeon) and my stone was able to stop it. In my saying "I captured its soul", theoretically it is saying I captured the soul of an invisible beast that controlled Quill. Although my "capturing" of it would have been prior to the event in the kitchen.

Sorry, that sounds a bit confusing, but it is about as much info as I can give for the meantime! Just remember to pay attention to connections and you might learn quite a lot!

Okay, so I don't overdo my first real solo write, I am going to keep the max to 20-22 people/AEs. 

Since we currently have 18 (this includes Zeon, Quill, and I), I will leave 2-4 more spots open. If these aren't filled by Monday then I shall start!

Sorry to anyone who has questions! You can ask, but due to the mystery behind this, I have to keep most of it secret. Feel free to ask though!
