Does any one
Does any one do yoga? I do. I have my own mat, it was a very late birthday present. Sometimes poses are hard to do.
In the biggening of the class we sit with are legs crossed. Normally my feet are both resting on my thighs. Then we take a very deep breathand say oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo-
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo- oooooom tree times. It's really that long. It feels like all the voices are sailing through your body, you can feel them. Then we do poses that are really hard. It makes my ankles and knees feel like the are on fire. One of the poses is that yu have yuor feet a few feet apart and then yu are bending down. Then yu put your left hand on yur right ankle and you right hand on your left ankle. Then, you put your head under your right hand. It's hard, and it hurts if you've been doing yoa for the last hour.
My favorite part is the end. You get to lay on yuor yoga mat and relax, maybe fall asleep, like what I did on the first time I was there. The first time I was there was when i was eight.
I LOVE YOGA!!!!!!!!!♥♥!!!♥!!!!!!!!!!!!♥
sO, DOES ANYONE ELSE DO YOGA?

My mom teaches yoga, so we're always hearing about the "pigeon", and the "dolphin", and the down dog, the up dog, there has got to be a yoga pose for every animal in the world! Well, she teaches it sometimes, but she's not exactly certified yet.

Yeah, I did the pigion this morning. I've done the dolphin, and the down dog. I've also done the half dog and the quarter dog. I've done the warrior poses and the triangle, and twisty thingies. I've also done the sun thingie, and the moon thingie, and the bird thingie. Yuo know the ones with all the different poses in them that you just kind of "float" through, as my yoga teacher says. I've alao done a ot more poses that i don't remember the name of.

I do yoga sometimes on our Wii Fit. My dad
does it every morning for his back, and he
got one for my grandma for Mother's Day ;D
It's fun to learn different poses, but it takes
a lot of concentration and time to get them
right. Hmm, that reminds me, I haven't
done that in a while... Better put that on my
To Do List ;D

I think it's better to do yoga with a techer because then the teacher can help you position your body corectly. Not that I've ever done anything with a Wii Fit, or a Wii. The only person I know with a Wii lives near Chicago, I live five hours away.
