I'm not an adult yet, so I can't be kicked off the CB (but soon, shh, don't tell the Admins) and I wanted to see how you guys are doing. I recognize a good number of you and some I don't, but I'd like to meet you.
For people who don't know who I am, I'm an ordinary person, I guess. I used to come on the CB from 2011 until today. I live at home still because of a disability but I am going to a local college in the fall. I am fluent in English and Japanese now and do translation work, although I don't get paid for it. I tutor and do get paid for it (yikes, I have a job. That's spooky).
Fun fact! I stopped growing at age 12 due to health issues and am forever stuck at a 12-year-old's height. Medical science has allowed me through a pretty normal puberty, though, so even though it's very late, my voice has started getting deeper. Is this happening to any of the guys here yet?

I didn't mention it before because it wasn't that cool to me. It's been kind of sad to not be able to grow as all of my friends do, and I will have to take medication my whole life. Plus, I won't be able to have kids, which is okay, because I really don't like little kids anyway. If you can't treat them as an equal, then they're no fun to talk to, you know? I hope you get the chance to grow up properly.
I saw about the second one, what was the first? Personally, I think it's great that more characters are being written who can be LGBT+. As long as it's CB appropriate, then it's a great idea in my book. I understand if people are uncomfortable with it, though.
I read Ashlee's story. It was wonderful. I've already conquered the world here once, so I'm okay with not doing it again. Have fun, though!
I am a Slytherin. Are there CB houses or something?

Sorry, I don't know you, and I don't want to make you uncomfortable, but I guess I'm what you might call a fan of yours? I think the first thread I ever read on the CB was your goodbye thread, oddly enough. (Your first one. I think you then came back and then left again.) I admire your writing voice and I also seem to remember that you wish you were good at singing, which is cool for a boy. Will you be continuing your Challenges Thread? I was really enjoying that, even though I wasn't part of it. I think it inspired me to try to learn trig.
There's a kid in my class whose voice is changing and our music teacher called him out for it, saying that he was trying really hard to keep on pitch and complimenting him. I think he was pretty embarrassed.
Sorry that was incredibly random and awkward but I guess that's what nerds are all about.

I'm not uncomfortable with "fans", but I find it hilarious. I promise I'm 300% less cool in person. I don't recall doing a goodbye thread, btw, but I guess I may have. I usually just get busy then forget to post here for a while.
I won't be continuing the challenges. I was trying to tell a story that would be impossible now. I wasn't doing it in the best way anyway. Maybe in the future I'll have another crack at it.

I'm not sure if you remember me, since I've never had like a long-winded conversation with you or anything, but I know you! I've been here for about 2 and a half years now...yeah, way shorter than you, but like I said, I've seen you when you were on here, and I've also seen you on some older-ish threads I've looked through.
It's really nice to hear from you again! I didn't know you were fluent in Japanese, that's really cool.
I hope you had an awesome 4th of July and have had/are having/shall forevermore have a lovely summer. :D

Yayyyyyy, glad you do! And my summer has been pretty great so far. I mean of course there's been some days of me feeling guilty about be lazy or for not writing or practicing violin or whatever I'm supposed to do. But besides that I've been chillaxing, reading s lot, writing, going to a couple camps, spending time with family, going to pools and water parks...that kind of thing.

My eighteen-year-old sister is still in denial about her age, or the fact that she has to get a life, so l think you're good. Seventeen is a nice age for....l don't know. l've never been seventeen. Anyways! l have to wake up early tomorrow, hence lack of anything in this comment because sleep is a thing.
