Last day of school
Today was my last day of 6th grade and I am so confused right now. I feel happy and sad and excited all at once. I'm happy and excited because it's now officially summer break, but I'm sad because I won't get to see many of my friends till school starts again and even then not all of them. I'm in an alternative program at my school that's being discontinued next year that mixes 6th 7th and 8th grade so I had a lot of friends in 7th and 8th grade that are either leaving or I won't be seeing as much next year. So I just wanted to let out my emotions and tell somebody about how I feel.

We had something similar at our school, so I won't be seeing many of my friends as frequently. I'll only see them at recess. I'm sad too. :(

Congrats, Epic! Tomorrow is my last day of homeschool until I become a Junior. Wow, that's weird. I can only imagine what that feels like, not seeing friends often. Is there any chance you can video chat them? Call? Email? Regardless, you'll see them again! In the meantime learn something new, do something brilliant, and change the world, Epic, for I know you can! And sometimes life moves on, but I can promise you, you and your friends will do spectacular things, no matter how often you get to see them.
