Chatterbox: Down to Earth

Hi, guys. Admins and all of Cricket Media, I want you to know that you have changed my life in a very good way. And all you CBers, you guys are some of my best friends, even though I've never actually met you face to face (that we know of...). I just wanted you to know that before I say this.

Yesterday, at lunch, somebody said something, and it reminded me of a joke on here. I laughed, and one of my friends said, "Why are you laughing?" and I said, "Oh, it's just a thing  on Cricket." (That's what they know the CB as). Then this one girl said something incredibly offending and cruel. I yelled at her, then got up and moved to another table. The people there were nice to me, and some of the people from my old table came and sat with us, too. 

I guess the point of this is, I need you guys to know how special you are to me. Thank you so much.

back to the Down to Earth

It's amazing to see what support and change CB acts in the life of people here. It isn't only you - whenever I am feeling really upset after a bad argument with my closest friends, or need some support and boost when I am about to compete or stand up against my old school, you guys have always been here for me. I know the same goes for everyone else too.

The big thing is that we are a family, and family stick together. So you are welcome, Rae! We wouldn't want to have this any other way.

The CB has changed me, for good. It makes me feel more confident and outgoing around my friends, and when I see people on the Chatterbox standing up for what they think is right, it encourages me to do the same. Cricket has such a big impact on my life, whenever I think of Lily pads, Elements, even roses and bluebirds it makes me think of  and the wonderful people you are. I'd like to thank you, Admins, and every wonderful person who is on here. The Chatterbox is awesome!

And that includes you, too, LilyPad!

We were reading "The Spider and the Fly" in class, and there is one line that goes something like,
"Your eyes are like the diamond bright...." and my friend, DiamondBright on here, and I had a good laugh over it afterward.
