Butterfly? Is this actually you or is it an impersonator? In all my experience with you I thought you always capitalized and never used texting language.

If this is really you, I am so sorry to see you go! You have been a big part of everyone's CB lives here for the past five years. Although, being that you never write like this, I do hope you are not an impersonator. If so, please do stop it.

To the impersonator: If you think this is funny, it's not. Please stop this;  you can make many people angry and sad, and we've had enough of that on the CB recently. Please stop.

Actually, I don't know how to close it down. I'd have to ask someone. But let's hope this is the end of impersonating. It's never funny.

We'll miss you! I know that the appeal of the CB can lessen as you get older (just look at how active I've been in the last few months), but come back every once in awhile!

In the short amount of time that I have known Butterfly, I've never seen you use texting shortcuts. I also would imagine that if you did actually leave, you would explain a more specific reason and do it in more than just one poorly structured sentence. So, I'm confused.

If it really is you, then I respect your decision and hope you don't ever forget about us completely. Come back and visit us Valentine's Day 2018 (or was it '19???) 

I think it's 2019, but every Valentine's Day would be fine with me! And we're pretty sure this is not from our longtime Butterfly.

I don't know much about impersonaters, but isn't it basically when another CBer says they're another CBer on the CB.  Okay, that was confusing....For example, if I said I was another CBer and posted under their name?  Is their anything else I need to know?  We need to watch and question all of our posts on this thread; if a Cber says something unlike them, we need to make sure whether it was really them or not.

@ Impersonator:

Maybe you should try creating your own CB name, and participating in all the fun!  I welcome all CBer's, and I'm sure others will as well.  After all, we all were new once.  You don't have to impersonate to be apart of the CB.  Just try participating without impersonation for an amount of time, and you'll see being an actual CBer is more rewarding.

I know this was already asked, but can't you close this thread's comments, but not delete the thread?  I don't see this ending well.

PLEASE. Just stop. If you think its funny to pretend to post things "by" other CBers, well, let me give it to you straight: it isn't. So just stop. It isn't funny. It isn't a joke. It's bullying. It's hurtful. It isn't kind. So stop. You don't have to reveal yourself, but know that if you do decide to, I will forgive you. But also know that it makes me really sad/mad  to see Butterfly, or any CBers, impersonated.
