What is the
Chatterbox: Down to Earth
What is the
What is the most disgusting thing you have ever eaten?
This may seem like a strange question, but it's fun when you see other people's answers.
Myself, it would probably be dog food. No, I'm not weird, I was five! It was so disgusting, I refused to feed the dogs from thst day on. *shiver*
The dog food still haunts my dreams...
I wish I could quote myself right now. Remember, though, this is a matter of opinion. Some CBers out there might love dog food!

The nastiest thing I have probably eaten was this disgusting cheese, it tasted horrible and then I started gagging ( I might've or might've not thrown up)

Oh goodness... where to start...
Well, for one, in sixth grade I ate a live worm at this thing called Nature's Classroom. It was the big field trip for sixth grade, and lasted four days. My field group teacher person was talking about eating worms, and he encouraged us all to do it, so we found some in the mud by a stream. Every single person in the group did it. It was great.
I've also had the skunk spray jelly bean and the canned dog food jelly bean, both of which were horrible.
I've had fried crickets, which are actually quite nice and taste like sunflower seeds.
I've had squid ink pasta, which looked like black spaghetti, and tasted slightly like seaweed. The taste wasn't all that bad, but it was just so weird...
I've had a wasabi candy cane. I still haven't decided whether I liked it or not.
I've had a shrimp eyeball, which was very small and didn't really taste like anything.
I was at ski club after school once at this really tiny ski mountain with a bunch of people from my school from the grade below me. We made a mixture of milk, mayonnaise, ketchup, ranch dressing, swissmiss hot chocolate powder, applesauce, that really really sugary stuff that you put in tea, and a whole bunch of other stuff that I don't remember. We all tasted it. Bleh.
I also find ketchup to be one of the most disgusting things on earth. I would eat anything that I just listed over ketchup, except maybe the jelly beans.
Oh, Riddler, after trying all those things, I think you've earned a bowl of genuine, delicious Blue Moon ice cream!

At one summer camp, we caught tiny live sardines in a net (it was a marine science camp) and the instructer told us we could eat them. I did not indulge in this delight because I wasn't sure if it were Kosher to eat a live fish. A lot of the other campers did and all declared it discusting.
I know this is a thread for things you have eaten, but Riddler's story about the worms made me think of it and want to share it.

So, I bake a lot. Usually it turns out well. One time, though I was feeling lazy and I decided to make one of those microwave mug cakes. I didn't have the right ingredients so I just used baking powder, flour, egg, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. This went in the microwave. It was horrible! It hardly rose at all. It was really hard on the top, but slimy on the bottom. Ugh. Never again
