When the rain

Chatterbox: Down to Earth

When the rain

When the rain falls and the wind blows

When the car stalls and the lie lows

When the tropic front hits the cold

When the collosseum grows old

As clouded waters turn to ice

The weather isn't quite as nice

But only the eye has the gift to behold

And heavy the weight grows as illness forms mold

Those unspoken words; the stormclouds of life

Perhaps are more deadly than even a knife

That's a poem. You already knew that. I'm miserable right now.

If you can pick apart the meaning, go for it.

If you want to guess me, go for it.

And yes, there's a reason this is on Down to Earth. :(

Awww. I'm sorry, whoever you are. I really like that poem, though. I've always struggled with making my poems rhyme so I respect those who accomplish that. *applause* That, and the overall quality was amazing! (Isn't it sad how we write some of our best things when we're broken?) I hope your day/mood picks up. *hugs*
