Religion. Just to let you know, Christianity is a pathway to a relationship with God and Heaven. Read the Bible and think again about what you believe. I'll go in depth later, but please tell me about what your religions are and what you believe. :)

I think this thread is going to be shut down by the Admin, since religion is just too touchy a topic for people to discuss civilly these days
. But I'm still going to answer because I enjoy talking about various beliefs.
I am a Christian. Most people would probably say I'm a "fundie," if you know what that means. I like to tell others about God and what He did for us on the cross. I take the Bible literally, and my opinions are formed by what the Word says. God is the foundation of my life.
Lauren, we'll post comments about religion as long as they are kind and respectful of the beliefs of others who may disagree.

I agree. I'm very Catholic and I do enjoy sharing my faith with other people... but sometimes people can get a bit overly sensitive about these threads... :( And it's difficult to interpret tones over the Internet... I have been called "stuck up" for my beliefs. *shrug*
Let's try to keep these discussion more... open-minded... sharing opinions as opposed to arguing about them... I mean, we can disagree, but let's keep it as courteous as we can.
Anyhow, yes, I agree with Cramer and Lauren, and Mary Jo, judging from what I've heard her say. :) God bless everyone.

Lauren on the bottom half of the smiley face, I completely agree with you!!! I am a Christian too!! My 7-year anniversary of being a Christian is in April next year I think!! Lauren when is yours??

Let's stop. Now. Before this gets out of hand. Before the Admin tells us to shut it down. Religion is too sensitive of a topic and I often come out of these debates feeling angry and heated. Okay? Please?

I totally understand how you feel, Lena. I get that way myself. But people want to talk about their faiths and they can learn more if it goes productively. Give it a chance. The Admin said it was okay as long as we were respectful, anyway.

Weelll, let's not turn this into an argument, everybuggy, because we've had plenty of them!!!!!! :P Anyway, I'm also a Christian. My brother helped me get saved when I was only about five or six. :) I love the Lord with all my heart, with all my soul, with all my strength, and with all my mind!! :D

Hey! I'm a Christian,too!!! I'm a Catholic,which means I pray to Mary as well as God and Jesus. I like this post, because it seems like no one talks about religion these days. :) Do any of you Cricketeers know what CCD is?? Post if you know!!

I'm Catholic, Claire! But, as Catholics, we ask Mary to pray for us. NOT pray to her, right? :) Even as the mother of God, she's not God herself, so we don't worship her. CCD is religious education, isn't it? :)
