Oh. I'm very sorry about all the typos. I make lots of typos when I am nervous.

Take a deep breath, elementgirl. Let it fill you, then slowly let it out. Ok, good. Now, try to approach this in parts. First, study for geography for a few minutes. Then study some spelling. Then standardized tests. When you feel yourself losing concentration, take a five minute break and then study something else, or do homework. Just do a little each day and you'll be fine. No need to stress! Just take it one thing at a time. One thing at a time. It's gonna work out, you'll see. It all works out in the end.
To reduce your stress try taking a walk outside or playing with an animal! Get some execise! Studies have shown that physical activity reduces stress significantly. If you can't go outside, just do some jumping jacks, or simply bounce up and down for a bit! Get your blood flowing! Drink some water and let yourself calm down. You are going to do great.

Good luck in the district bee! Even though I placed first in my schools spelling bee twice, through a bit of bad luck I never got to go to a district bee. If you need a little inspiration, watch the move "Akeela and the Bee" it really inspired me.
