@Admins-- the comment I'm replying to featured my AEs, and one of them speaks in bold text. I just wanted to let you know because it seems that you unbolded it; understandable considering bolding's the equivalent of shouting. :)
Yes, I don't like bold or all caps because they're like shouting to me. I do, however, understand the desire to have different speakers' speech each set a unique way, and the options for that on Chatterbox are limited. Sorry.
