Hi guys, as most of you probably know, I arrived about a week ago and I'm not really sure what AEs and RPs and stuff are so if someone could tell me all the terms and things that would be really great.

An AE is an alter ego, or a character you post under.

An RP is a role play, in which you write a story from a character view.

Ok, so, an RP is short for 'Roleplay'. It's basicly a story where everyone who wishes to be involved creates a character (or 'charrie' for short). That person then writes with that charrie for the rest of the story.

An AE is short for 'Alter Ego'. It's a character you make up and then write for on AE threads, just for fun. I bet people with more expirience with AEs can give you a better idea about it.
