Good night, Carrie Fisher. And her mother, Debbie Reynolds. (She passed away the day after Carrie. She was a wonderful actress.)

Argh! I was heartbroken when I saw that both Carrie Fisher, and her mother, Debbie Reynolds died. They were some of my favorite actresses in some of my favorite movies: Singin' in the Rain (Debbie) and Star Wars: Original Trilogy (Carrie). R. I. P. Princess Leia and Cathy Seldon. You will be missed.

Coincidentally, the day I found out she died I was wearing a Star Wars T-shirt. It's like I knew somehow, unconscously. When I was told, I ran to my bedroom and threw on my Star Wars sweatshirt as well, and hugged my Rey stum stum. I regret to say I don't have a Laya.
Carrie Fisher, my mom cried when she found out you died. We will miss you.

It seems so many well-known actors are gone-- Christopher Lee (sniff) Allan Rickman, now Carrie Fisher. And she was acting not so very long ago, really!

Yeah, I wondered that too, and looked it up. Apparently they had already finished all the filming for Leia for the next Star Wars movie before her death.
