MEMORIAL
Today would be the 21st birthday of a girl named Trina. She was my mom's friend's daughter (and of course, much more) She died at only 15 because the mitochondria in her cells couldn't function properly from birth. She started to make a movie about her life with Hollywood stars as an offshoot of the Make a Wish Foundation. She died before it was finished, but her parents and others travel around the country showing it at film festivals and making sure that she is remembered. I just wanted you all to remember her too.

Oh, that's so sad! Did you know her?
I had a girl in my grade die, in 2015. I didn't really know her. She was in a car accident. It was incredibly shocking.........
..... Sorry for mentioning that.....

You definitely don't have to be sorry. I think that this should be a memorial thread for sad things that have happened to you, or sad things that you have heard about. People that you want to be remembered...

I'll pray for them Pepper Star and Echo. If this is turning into a memorial thread, then I'm going to add my friends' mother. She died two years ago when the older friend was ten and around the younger friend ninth birthday.

*Sniffles* That's-that's really sad. That's a really sad story, but a passionate one too. I will remember Trina.
