Trump Wins

. . . I don't know what to say.

. . . my mind is like these dots.

. . . spaced out and scattered and irrelevant.

. . . join me if you, too, are speechless at America.

. . . good job, Americans of 2016.

. . . just awesome.

. . . Cayke.

I'm sorry if I've offended anyone by the way :(

I just get extremely passionate about certain things, and I need someone to complain to because all of my friends (even though they all hate him) keep enforcing the school rule of not talking about it and saying that maybe it will be ok and "the sun comes up and the world still spins" (thanks, Thomas Jefferson) and being all nice and trying not to say bad things about him at school and in front of Trump supporters. And people yesterday kept asking me if I was ok, and I said yes because I'm too stubborn to admit that I'm almost crying, and that I'm angry, so angry at him and at America and the world right now, and that maybe it won't affect me that much, but it will affect other people, like the immigrants that my mom works so hard to try and help, and the people whose children were murdered because of gun violence.

Agh. I'm sorry. I shouldn't be saying this on the cb. I'm sorry.

I think everyone's overreacting. How terrible can he really be? What can he actually do? I interviewed some people today for a newspaper article about how they felt about him being President, but nobody said anything positive. As far as they're concerned, it's the end of the world. I heard things like

"It's America's expiration date."

"The Canadian immigration site crashed."

"Rest in peace, America."

"Trump is unfit to lead a country." (Which was by far the most rational response, and I entirely agree.)

"Words fail me."

"Trump is an ugly Cheetoh." (I couldn't agree more)

But I think that, for the time being, we should see what happens. Watch and wait. We could be all wrong and he turns out to be a great President, and we could be right. But we have to wait and see.

I suppoooooosee...do we have to?

As I don't go to school and I have very few friends as a result, I had no one to be depressed with when Trump got elected.

He's said such rude things about females, different races, etc. How could anyone with such views be fit to lead America?

Wait- headmins? Oy.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!

There. I needed to laugh loudly and hysterically for once. Do I have a reason? Let's see...ooh! "

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!

Excuse me.

I'd just like to point out the he isn't even President yet. He may have said something people don't like, but we have to give him a chance.

Back in the olden days, a president was a position of respect. He won the election over Hillary yes, and whether you are happy with it or not, we have to give him a chance. He isn't president yet, so don't judge him already!

He worked hard to get here, and he is here. He is OUR president, citizens of America, and are we going to continue to stay divided, or unite and help guide him along the right path!

There are RIOTS from Hillary supporters. There have never been many riots before, because the president is a RESPECTED POSITION. He has done nothing yet that causes him to not deserve that respect, right?

Did you delete the comment that I made on this thread about judging Donald Trump?

One of us might have. I don't think I did. It depends upon what it says. Feel free to submit it again and if you don't find it posted we likely consider it disrespectful or inappropriate.

Look, I get how a lot of people are not happy about Donald Trump.

But the fact of the matter is, he's now our president He was elected. The people of the United States chose him. For a reason. He fairly won his election. And not all of us Trump supporters are blind or deaf to the things he's said and done. But we believe that his trangressions are not as severe as those of Hillary Clinton. Whether or not you liked her either, complaining won't help. We need to move forward. The Republicans didn't riot during the Obama administration. There's no need to start now.
Donald Trump still has many good qualities that I believe will start us on a path to something better. He will make many needed changes. He is not an evil guy. But until the people finally unite and accept the election for what it is, we cannot truly move forward or make our country stronger. And that movement starts with us. So we need to stop complaining, stop wishing ill, stop moaning about how America will suffer or perish. Cause guess what, it won't. America is a strong nation as long as its people are.

I think what Hillary did with private emails was a lapse in judgment, and what Trump has done is a lapse in character.

Sometimes people need time to complain. Someone who sympathizes with them. Please let us have that time on the cb.

But what about those people who are getting sick of all the complaining?
