It was crushed, but Icy took it anyways. She was upset. Even more upset that people would attack each other's opinions. She tried to step on it, but couldn't; she was too nervous.
Hi guys, this is Icy. I would just like to say...I'm quitting Cricket untill this is resolved. The Museum Curator attacked my friends, and it was very personal to me, but I'm just going to take a long, extended break so that I don't get mad and snap out, and fight that Curator. Please forgive me, I understand why you dislike Hamilton Haters, but please no...please no...you were just so rough and harsh and there could've been another way.
So yeah, me and Chilly are leaving for a bit too. (Chilly's not posting here because Icy borrowed her font of italics).
I consider it resolved. Some people like Hamilton and some people don't, and each will be respectful of the others' opinion.

So, basically, someone posted that they do not like Hamilton, which started a furious debate which turned a touch mena at times (not most of the time, though!) Then, another CBer posted, saying that CBers who do not like Hamilton should keep their oppinins to themselves, which again caused debate and anger, because here on the CB, as we all know, we like to be able to freely express our oppinions, even if they don't align with the majority. Also, I think one person was debating leaving because they felt attacked for liking Hamilton. That seems to be all... Is there anything I'm missing?

So, somebody posted a thread under the name "Shocked at Cbers" that basically said that they were surprised that so many cbers listened to Hamilton because it had so many swears and inappropriate language, and some other cbers who didn't like Hamilton joined in saying how it had "filthy" lyrics and stuff like that. So that offended a few people who really loved Hamilton, but eventually "Shocked at Cbers" was revealed, and the conflict died down. Then someone under the name of "Museum Curator" made a thread and somewhat rudely attacked the people who were against Hamilton, which offended even more people and led to some false accusations, but after the first few posts it was settled, the argument was stopped, and the thread was deleted.
Please somebody tell me if I got anything wrong or left something out.

Oh okay, thank you, Riddler and Booksy Owly for the explanation. I saw the "Shocked at CBers" thread you mentioned, and that clears it up more. I am just glad that the conflict has passed over.

Well, I'm not going to beg you to stay, like everyone else is doing, "Please don't go! Don't leave! Nooooo!!! Please stay!" Blah blah blah. I think this is all rather silly, and I don't see why everyone has to go and get all offended at each other because of a music band. I also have not been reading all the Hamilton stuff, because I don't listen to Hamilton, and honestly, I don't want to get involved in this disagreement. But I don't think you need to leave, Chilly. Although I guess you already have.
