Great cake, Laura! And happy early birthday, Martia! Happy, happy birthday/From all of us to you/We wish it were our birthday/So we could party too. Hey! Does anybody else know that version? Our family has a couple of signature birthday songs - one that's really depressing. You sing it slowly, like a funeral dirge. It's your birthday/Ooo-oo-oo-oo/It's your birthday/Ooo-oo-oo-oo/People are dying and children are crying, but/It's your birthday/Ooo-oo-oo-oo. Everyone hates that song. And loves it. My family is famous for calling all our relatives on their birthdays and belting 'Happy Birthday' into the phone while they all cower in fright at the attack of the Off-Key-Too-Loud-Happy-Birthday-Singers.

Online, yes. In person, the best jokes I can tell are the chicken-crossed-the-road kind. (no offense to people who tell those jokes.) Hey, did anyone notice that I'm saying no offense a lot lately?

And I'm the same way, in person, I can't tell a single joke. Not even a bad one. (So I'm worse, consider yourself lucky) When I do crack a joke, nobuggy gets it, or they're so unused to me telling jokes, that they don't realize it's a joke!! AHH!!!!

The "burp" parts were yelled into the speaker of the phone as a chorus. It originated one time when I accidentaly burped between verses on the phone, and we, meaning Martia and I, thought it was really funny. I think we did that untill I was in first grade! Oh, and I actually have a "Uncle Bibba", but that's just what I call him, he is neither my uncle nor is his name actually Bibba.
