Confession. I'm not really a new CBer.
I'm the same person as ShoshannahLily, a CBer who was on for about a month in the spring. I really enjoyed the CB but was getting a little addicted. It distracted me from my schoolwork and I was kind of disappointed in the fact that RPs and ski lodges usually ended before they really began.
So I left. But this school year my workload has been more under control, and I wanted to come back. To tell the truth I'm not so sure why I chose a new name. Sorry for the confusion!
So what did I miss (immediately realizes where this is from and takes a quick break to listen to Hamilton for the hundredth time!)? What was that whole war thing about? Who has left? Who has changed their names? Does anyone remember me?
Also, do you think I should go as Shoshannah or Sterling? (yes, I have a weakness for S names =D)

Hi Cho! I like Sterling a lot too, but I feel that Sho fits me a lot better, so I think I'll probably go with it.

OtR! Yes, I think I'll go back to Shoshannah :).
So glad to see so many familiar faces! When I first came back I saw lots of interesting activity by fun new people, but I was kind of disappointed that a lot of the people I interacted with weren't around anymore. But turns out I was wrong!
Anyone know if Darth Kitty or Lemon Banana are still here?

Haven't seen Lemon Banana for a while, but Darth Kitty pops in from time to time. Are you Jewish, Shoshana? It's a Jewish name. I'm Jewish!

I'm not Jewish, but I chose Shoshana because of the meaning, and I spell it Shoshannah because on some other sites Shoshana and Shoshanna were already taken, so the spelling just sort of stuck :).

Shoshana means rose! I love that name! Also, as it is a Hebrew name it doesn't have a 'real' English spelling. Shoshana is the most commonly accepted spelling, but Shoshannah is also correct. As is Shoshanna. And Shoshanah. And any other way you can think to spell it, as long as it is still pronounced 'Sho-shah-nuh'.

Oh. That. I forgot about it. It was mostly contained to one thread, thank the pies.
But there was some... controversy (coughcoughafullscalewarcoughcough) about the appropriate number of AEs one should have. That was fun. (Yeah, no it wasn't at all.)

I really liked Mei when I was on, and sometimes even agreed with some of her opinions that most others did not, though I mostly kept quiet about that. But this time she went a little far. Everyone did.
And now she's gone!
