I'm not sure if I'm doing this right... I am new here, well, kinda new.  I just wanted to put out a question.  Anyone want to write about their favorite vacations??  Has anyone ever been to Cedar Point Roller Coaster Park in OH????

back to the Down to Earth

We'd just get a hotel room by the sea and walk on the beach--nothing THAT exciting, unless you only saw the ocean once a year....:):):) I had a shirt that I wore the last time we went that smelled like the ocean for years after. (I've grown out of it now, of course). Paige, I'm curious: have you ever been to Vermont? Do you play basketball? Because I once knew a Paige who played basketball (I met her at a basketball camp, and I don't know where she lives). I guess that would be a pretty odd coincidence if you were the same person....:):):)

Oh, well I still think the beach is great, even though I go there like a dozen times or more a year!! :):) That sounds fun (wasn't the Samoset by any chance, was it??)

And, no, that wasn't me...  Sorry!! :(:( I'm really bad at all sports except swimming, so I've never even tried b-ball...  Sorry!! :(:( (I have driven through Vermont several times, though...)

I don't remember what hotel it was....I love swimming! (Not in the ocean, though. I've never gone swimming in the ocean) :):):)

Yeah, swimming in the ocean is sort of hard...  You can't really do laps or anything, but more of riding boards into the shore. :):)

My mom wants to go to Ireland someday, because

alot of her side of the family is Irish and I think it

would be really cool. The only problem is that I have

a terrible fear of planes, and even though people say

it's safer in a plane than driving in a car, I feel waaay

more comfortable on the ground...But anyways, yeah,

but I'm gonna make myself go on a plane, someday.
