I miss camp.

~No one has made an advice thread for a while, so I'm taking it upon myself to ask for advice. Actually, I need advice. That's the real reason.~

I miss camp. I miss it sooo much. When I think about it I want to cry. I really want to go back. *Sniffle* And it doesn't start until June. *Sniffle* Any advice to make me miss it less?

back to the Down to Earth

Well, I had the same problome!What I do is think about all the cool things that is coming up this next year like Christmas or birthday or do you have a counceler to write too or somthing that is what usally helps me. Sorry if it deosnt help.Um do you go too New Life Bible camp?Just wondering if anyone else does.

Thanks. What helps usually is texting my camp friends. I go to a Jewish Overnight Camp which is not the camp that you mentioned. I am really looking forward to my Hanukkah party and my birthday party. I'm sorry for acting so sad now that DtE has kind of cheered up.

I totally agree with tuxedo kitten.  Love the name bye the way.  Another thing you might want to do is go and hang out with some friends.

hi Moonlight. I am in a camp too that I love and wish was happening every day of the year. Unfortunately it is in New York and only happens one week out of every year. My grandparents live in the town where the camp takes place so every year we go to visit them and do the camp. To make matters worse, my best friend in the entire world lives there so I only see her two weeks out of each year. Unfortunately this year my mom was sick and we were not able to go. I cried for weeks and felt absolutely terrible. I start crying every time I think that it will be another entire year until I get to be there again. I'm afraid I can not help you with this problem because I am going through the same thing. So I know how it feels and how awful it is. *hugs*
