Do you believe

Do you believe in ghosts?

I don't, although I have several friends who believe in them, and claim to have actually seen them.

Funny that they can't give me a detailed description; all they can offer is that they are whitish\bluish\greyish and a bit transparent.

In other words, something out of a movie.

But, I want your opinion; do you believe in ghosts?

I watched this one creepy ghost video recently, and now I feel like a kid. For Merlin's sake, now I'm scared of the dark! XD XD XD

I tell myself, "Ghosts are not real. I don't believe in ghosts. The video was fake. That video was a fraud."

But then I still get the shivers so I run back to the light.

Well... call me a freak, but I do. I've seen them, maybe? One can never be too sure.

Also, my parents were ghost hunters when I was a younger kid, and they've seen/heard things that I will not share for I do not believe the Admins would allow it, due to the scary content. Gives me the shivers even going on their old website.

But yeah, I've had... occurrences where I sworn to have seen/known a ghost was there. One of the worsts was in color, though, and not of a deceased person. In fact, it was of my sister. But, that was years ago, and my young, 7-year-old (I believe it was then) mind could have been fooling with me.

Then again, who knows?

Um, well, my best friend believes in ghosts. I don't really underatand why. Once she said there was like a weird footprint and things, but she says she never saw an actual ghost. She also showed me this video of this weird wooden board that's supposed to be moved by ghosts and summon the spirits. But it seemed like obviously fake because part of the process IS PUTTING YOUR HANDS ON THE BOARD FOR CRYING OUT LOUD.

As you can see, I don't really believe in them, but if I saw an actual one, I wouldn't be surprised.

whoever wrote, "no but I believe in magic" is that a joke, or do you really believe in it?

Oh oh my gosh, Mei, my CAPTCHA says meiy! Are you trying to say," Mei, why"?

I wrote No, but I believe in magic. I actually don't fully believe in it. I'll explain. Part of my brain thinks 'I need proof' but another part of my brain thinks 'there must be magic somewhere.' So I don't actually think there is magic where I live (though I hope), but I think it is somewhere, if even not on Earth.

I don't know.....? I 100% believe in magic, but I don't know if ghosts fall under that category... Maybe it's possible.

I mean, I don't know. I believe there are... whether or not you can see them, really I don't know.

But if there is a will, there is a way. So it must be possible. Somehow

Deep breaths, Icy, deep breaths.

I do, because I've seen one, many times, out of the corner of my eye. Was I afraid? No, I was happy. Because the ghost (or whatever it was, maybe my imagination) was my dog who died. I always saw her out of the corner of my eye, lumbering by our garden, curled up in her favorite spot. When I look up, she's gone. I hear her claws walking on the floor in the middle of the night.

I've only seen her out of the corner of my eye, but she's more white now (she was a yellow lab), from age, still walks with a distinct lumber, and her eyes are loving brown.

I want to believe it's her and not my imagination. I want to, so badly. But I can't always believe myself. But, I guess it's my choice. I want her to be a ghost here, so that I can still keep her. I don't want her to be gone.

I've never lost a pet, friend, or family member that was close to me, so I haven't had the experience. I know my parents have, friends have. Ghosts must be out there somewhere, but I believe they are good. They aren't out there to haunt you or scare you - although seeing one can be terrifying. Simply, they are there to stay with you after their death. Those who cared about you in life will be with you forever, even if you can't see them.

The closest I've seen is orbs. Yes, scientists say that is dust particles or whatever. Could be, and I know most probably are. But there are some that leave me suspicious. I lost my uncle when I was younger, reasons I won't explain of. But every Christmas, we take pictures of us and our tree, and things. Every Christmas there is just one little orb above the tree, or near our heads. Only one. Always near us. And I mean, it makes you think, could it be real?

I usually don't doubt the work of scientists, but some things are just unexplainable. Some, like that, and like your dog, Icy, just... can't be answered by science. I'm sticking to my belief of ghosts, always will. But it is up to you guys to sort of figure that out for yourself. Whether or not you do believe in them.
