Bootlegs.
So yesterday I received 5 of the old GBA Pokemon games. I was super excited for this, and asking the person that gave it to me where they found it yielded one answer. China. I knew right then that they were all bootleg fakes. Loading them up on a Game Boy Advance gave me the "The previous save file will be loaded. The game can be played." message, a dead bootleg giveaway. Trying to play the game, my name was locked as TEST, and the game was a little glitchy. So let this be a lesson to you, NEVER BUY POKEMON GAMES FROM CHINA!

Aww that's so sad. I love Pokemon and would cry if it happened to me.....
BUT YOU CAN JUST DO POKEMON GO INSTEAD! :D

Pokemon Go? I've heard sooo much about it, but never actually seen the game in action. Is it worth playing? I can't play it since I don't have a smartphone. But maybe in The future...

Yeah, the game is actually pretty cool. I play it once in a while, and I like it, though I don't play it as much as my brother does. And this is coming from a non-Pokemon person. Never owned a card, never seen any of the shows, never played the video game. And honestly I don't intend to start doing any of those.

Well, that might be something I consider in the future. I've only seen 3 episodes of the Indigo League series, and I didn't even know there were cards or video games for it until reading this thread. Well, take that back. I saw pictures of cards online.

It really depends. If you want to do it then you really have to have data, although Coco and I are surviving off of just WiFi ...
