The most logical way is to put Fudimo under trial and give him charges for the murder of another AE. For he did break the AE law. But... This is technically not possible due to Fudimo being Voldemort.
Then we do Plan B. Frosty or Icy duel Fudimo!
That is extremely stupid and illogical, but that is - unfortunately - the only option left.
