Brookeira was passing Abigail's house when she saw a soapbox on the doorstep. It was crushed, with a note from Icy apologizing for its crushed-ness.
Brookeira planned to make her own note before standing on it.
"Attention? Ahem? Thanks.
"So I see we've made a swell mess, huh? Don't worry, it'll be fine. Heh, you know things are scary when the girl who made a bipolar fire-wielding AE and a slightly psychotic pie demon is the voice of reason.
"So I get that what Mei said about people having fixed mindsets could be interpreted as rude. Whatever. Move on. Everyone makes mistakes
"While Mei may not be perfect, none of us are. And sure, she said some hurtful things. You all did. Don't deny it.
"Hey, I did too.
"I believe in you.
"Bye."
Brookeira had been talking to no one, her voice echoing across empty fields.
Hey, maybe someone heard her.
Brookeira wrote her own note of apology on the now completely flat soapbox and left, smiling faintly.

Thanks, Brookeira, for making things clear for everyone. I guess I can be considered one of the many people who have sort of said hurtful things. Like you stated, I cannot deny it. I tend to get ahead of myself and let things slip in anger or frustration. I never intended to hurt anyone, and it is good to be reminded to cool down a little and let it all go. AKA this thread. So thanks, Brooke. I'm hoping people see this as a positive, like I do.
