CABIN CALL FOR JULY

"Firstly, to preempt any questions: NaNoWriMo is a project where you write a novel (50,000 words) in a month in November. YWP is a project for anyone under 13 where you write a novel (you chose the word count) in a month in November. Camp NaNoWriMo is a project where you write a novel in a month in April or July with twelve friends in a cabin. This way you get to see your friends' projects and celebrate with them when they reach their goals!  Sadly, Camp is only for those 13 and up, though you can unofficially join in and write, of course, anytime!

In order to join the cabin, you need to 1. make an account or update your previous years' account 2. make a project and 3. give me your username (don't worry, the admins allow NaNo usernames on CB) on this thread.

It's more about the social aspect and being able to write together in a cabin, so don't worry if you aren't confident in your writing ability. We're all in this together (no, I promise, I wasn't singing).

We have a lot of spots left in this July's cabin, even with only four days left before official writing (although you can join the cabin mid-July, of course). If you're 13 and over and want to write, whether you've done it before or not, it's campnanowrimo.org to sign up. This is a cabin for CBers, but if any CBer would like to bring along friends, too, that's cool.

I've done this April and July and November 2015, plus April 2016. I've only led a cabin once before, but I really want to get to know a lot of CBers better! I know a lot of you might not be 13 yet, but I'm sure everyone on this site loves reading and by extension, writing! I'm overusing exclamation points!
