Homeschool Ideas:
Some of you may know, I was going to go to a private school next year... and I was kind of looking forward to it. But my parents decided I should wait till ninth grade.
Don't get me wrong, I love homeschooling, but I've been homeschooled my whole life, and well... I'm kind of tired of never being around my friends except once a week. And we live in the middle of the woods, not a neighborhood, so...
And also, we do sort of a casual homeschooling, where I'm in charge of getting my school done, and my mom checks it. But this can be a little boring (Uspecially after seven years! :) )
So I was going to ask, do any of you have any good ideas to make is a little more fun? My parents thought maybe we could go on more field trips, and I've been looking at the free online homeschooling.
Thanks!! :):):)

I know! You could make special rewords for yourself if you do well! For instance, if you take like a little quiz, and you get an A on it, celebrate with chocolate chip cookies! Or if you got a B then you could just have little chocolate bars. But set a goal for yourself! I also love the idea of more field trips! What if your mom asked you where you wanted to go? Like if she had you pick out a place? If you are interested in going to a play, or maybe to some other places! I can't think of any right now, but that was just an idea. Oh, you could also go shopping and learn how to spend your money wisely (unless you already can)

H'm. I'm not exactly sure. Maybe focus all your homeschooling around your interests? Like, if you're interested in writing, you could write about stuff you've learned. Stuff like that.
